As we are moving through the new year, we hope that everyone has had a great start to 2019.

Our office new year’s resolutions are in full flow (there has not been a doughnut in sight), however, we are undertaking a new collaborative resolution to add ‘getting social’ to our 2019 goals!

This year will be another year where we see an enormous increase in the online movement trends.

Here at Five Rivers Recruitment we know keeping you up to date with all that is going on with recruitment in Salisbury and surrounding areas is one of our primary focus’. Our new website allows our users to be more interactive and take control of their own job hunt with a more personable and streamlined application process. We have had great feedback from our online users, and for that we thank you!

However, you may have noticed that our Facebook and Twitter posts have not been as regular as usual, rest assured behind the scenes we are working just as hard to bring you the best employment opportunities possible.

We are a small team at Five Rivers here with busy workloads and although we wouldn’t have it any other way, this means that quite often our social media is the first activity to be put to the back of the pile! I can hear all your marketeers screaming in horror about our ‘anti-social’ confession as you read this, we know how important brand awareness is in this age of technology. At the heart of everything we do here at Five Rivers Recruitment is the level of customer service and devotion that we provide to both our candidates and clients.

So, let us take the opportunity to apologise to all our wonderful followers who we have given the social media silent treatment to, there is certainly a lot to tell you about and we enjoy reading and sharing your stories.

We know that we can’t be the only smaller team in Salisbury who faces this challenge and therefore we would love to hear your helpful hints and tips about how you make time and manage your on-line presence?

Although in the world that we live in social media plays a huge part in how we all connect. We still hold the value that a face to face chat and cuppa in the old traditional sense is something we relish and encourage……
