About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our clients established manufacturing team in Wilton, Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, well-organised environment with a supportive and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Assemble, package, and label finished products to company standards

Conduct quality checks to ensure all items meet required specifications

Maintain a tidy and safe workspace, following all health and safety guidelines

Support continuous improvement and teamwork across the production area
About You:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Fixed shift pattern: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:15pm (three-day weekends!)
