Temporary support for a Financial Manager required in Salisbury.
On behalf of our client we are looking to recruit an individual to lend support to a Financial Manager to assist at a particularly busy time within the practise.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasks including;
Excel spreadsheet maintenance, analysing and data entry
General financial administration including budgetary
Reception cover when required by front of house team
Ad hoc team and IT support
This is a varied and fast paced role within a small team where the successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach to work, be a forward thinker and possess strong IT skills and an advanced knowledge of Excel.
Good communication, customer service skills and organisational skills are also a must.
The hours for the post are typically 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday with an hour’s lunch. Due to the nature of the business there will need to be some flexibility surrounding these hours.
This assignment is anticipated to continue for a minimum of 2 months but could be extended due to demand and for the right candidate.
Previous finance experience is desirable but not essential.
Temporary hourly rate £9.23 (Negotiable for the right person)
