Job Description

This role is to support the company’s manufacturing and customer supply objectives across the stores
and despatch areas. Initially responsible for stock management, to include goods inwards/ outwards
and kitting.

Responsibilities:

 Monitor and maintain stock levels
 Request purchase orders and track for on time delivery
 Receive, unpack and check goods to delivery notes and purchase orders
 Perform visual & dimensional checks of goods received alongside Assembly department
 Correctly locate stock in the stores
 Pick parts into assembly kits, maintain and issue kits to production lines /location
 Pack finished products for despatch

Experience and Skills:

Previous stores experience including stock management is desirable
Experience of working within an engineering/ manufacturing environment would be an
advantage.
Good communication skills, liaise effectively with management and staff.
Excellent attention to detail with high level of accuracy and comfortable working with autonomy
