Job Description

We are recruiting a 3 month FTC Quality Administrator for a client based on the outskirts of Salisbury. This is a full time role with working hours of 37.5 a week Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

1) Helping to drive the ‘next generation’ QMS project forward;

  • Assisting with QMS index collation
  • Identifying authors and owners for QMS documents and areas Assisting with migration of documents to the new sharepoint
  • Tracking document moves into the new document templates, in priority order
  • Driving documents to be moved over into the new QMS templates by mentoring and training authors in how to write QMS documents

2) Assisting with actions to drive down undesirable KPIs

  • Updating KPI dashboard when required
  • Ensuring audit schedules stay on track
  • Chasing departmental closure of risk assessments
  • Chasing Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) closure Chasing late NC and late customer complaint closure

3) General Quality administration tasks such as;

  • Pulling together documents for management review Raising NCs and concessions, arranging travel and accomodation

Experience & personal attributes

  • 5 Years British Residency
  • Permission to work within the UK
  • Experience of auditing and managing Corrective and Preventative Action
  • Experience of Quality Management Systems certified to ISO 9001
  • Excellent Communication skills and experience of Influencing others
  • Proficient IT Skills

This is a full time role with working hours of 37.5 a week Monday to Friday.
