We have an exciting new opportunity based just outside Salisbury. This is a temporary role but could go permanent after 12weeks for the right candidate!
Our client owns a small foundry producing high quality precision castings for industry by the lost wax process. They make small parts mainly in mild and stainless steel for a range of industries including automotive and marine.
Your role will be to work in the ceramic shell-making department. You will need to be fit and strong for a physically demanding role, with heavy lifting involved, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
Our client does not expect you to have any experience and will provide full training, but it would help if you are comfortable working in a factory environment.
Starting pay is £10.50 per hour and will rise on successful completion of a trial period of 12 weeks.
The position is full-time; our working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm, and on Fridays we work a half day 8am – 1pm.
Due to the rural location your own transport would be required.
