Work with the Sales Manager to analyse the commercial performance of the franchise and to analyse the local market and monitor offers and competitive conditions. You will also make proposals for the implementation of local actions or events.
To take part in the effective use of customer files and coordinate the planning of loyalty actions.
To help with launches and actively take part in events organised by the Brand.
To assist the Sales Manager in determining the procurement of vehicles to ensure a good product representation, in both the showroom and the demonstrator fleet, in accordance with the Brand’s requirements and commercial policy.
To advise the Sales Manager on the composition of the courtesy vehicle fleet to ensure that the range is represented and that a vehicle of equivalent level or higher is loaned to a customer who leaves their vehicle with Aftersales.
To take part in all of the Academy training to fully master the products and services and to be the Brand’s ambassador.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of excellence in a previous main dealer sales environment as well as the willingness to go the extra mile in terms of customer service and care. A full, clean UK driving licence is also required.
