Job Description

We are delighted to once again be working with English Heritage, helping to recruit a temporary Business Support Assistant to work as part of their support team at Stonehenge.

Working as part of a team you will deliver a comprehensive business support service to the Historic Properties Department across Stonehenge and the West to ensure that the priorities in the English Heritage Strategic Plan are delivered.

Within the role you will be working to assist with diary management and co-ordination of meetings, provide some finance admin support as well as admin support to the solstice planning team.  You will also be responsible for running the control room, monitoring the CCTV and providing a reception service at Stonehenge, welcoming and sign-posting internal and external visitors .

Good IT skills and excellent interpersonal skills are required as is the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy and ever changing environment.

This is a full time role based on site at Stonehenge, so applicants will need to have their own transport.  The role is temporary cover and is expected to run for approximately two months.
